Is your version of Windows compatible?
Microsoft changed settings and support files in the latest versions of Windows ® (Vista, Windows7 and Windows Server 2008) and some files in particular needed to run the Hallmark Directory (and other programs).
All versions after Windows Vista are compatible but require a patch to be installed, more information on this including the patches can be found at:
